1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Perishable goods (like pet food or treats) and personal care items (like grooming products) cannot be returned.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible products. Contact us to check availability and initiate the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.
